People in HR/Management - is it justified to fire someone for no attention to detail?

One of my employees does a job that is basically data entry and in the past two months has fucked up 4 times. A client is now about to leave.

It's not a training issue because the work is so simple. Am I justified in getting rid of him? Working over Easter because of this.

Gogglebox not available at 10 Catch-up today?

Missed Gogglebox last night and want to see it on 10Play (like I do most of the time). Is normally only available for 48 hours, but has not been uploaded yet (it's 2.40pm here). Anyone know why this is, or where I can watch this full ep by any other means???
