I want to update my relationship details. So I log in and click update details but only allows me to change my contact, address and if I identify as aboriginal. Even though relationship status in shown in the details before you click update.

So I click contact us and email. You cant email centerlink but you can contact them through their socials. Sounds weird but ok. The link doesnt work so I find services aus on facebook and you cant message that page. So the only way to contact centerlink in writing is snail mail or publicly posting your questions for everyone to see.

I know I know. "Just call on Monday" I will but every time I call its at least and hour on hold or they say call back and hang up. I even got told I could earn $1084 a fortnight before my paymemnt dropped anything but called back later cause I was told by a mate thats wrong. They re clarified that its $106 before they start dropping it and the $1084 is when I get $0.

After not dealing with this shitshow for 8 years I think theyve gotten worse.
