Fastway just leaves my parcel at the floor of my apartment block yesterday morning, and I didn’t realize that it has been delivered since apparently he gets the “authority to leave” without ringing me. The parcel has most likely been stolen since hundreds of people pass there everyday. I called fastway and they told me to fuck off (not literally) since the seller I bought off ebay chose the cheapest option for the “authority to leave”. What are my options regarding this? Am I just fucked?
