Has anyone else ever received a water bill in advance? I just received a bill for the last two months since moved in ($62.50) but then received one for the next two months for $74. How is that possible when I haven’t used the water yet?
I’m also worried I’m being ripped off because recently a plumber for the strata told me that my tank has been leaking outside the whole time I’ve lived here, because the sensor that is meant to sense when the tank is full wasn’t working.
Is $62.50 a reasonable amount for 2 months water for one person in a small unit who has a ten minute shower (with terrible pressure) every day?
