Hello- I live in America and recently got acquainted with the most lovely Israel couple that recently moved to our neighborhood. They are kosher and have had us over many times for coffee and cookies. What is a good gift for Passover we can present to them? We are not Jewish but they are so accepting and nice we want to honor them as they have us. So we would like to get something that will not offend their religion and make them feel honored and happy.
Also- what is the cultural expectation of gifts when we are invited over? Normally we bring things to our host, but because of dietary limitations we were unsure. Thank you for any advice!
