Any ideas why this website has no https implemented?

For Firefox, it refuses to switch to http:// which causes an infinite loop of redirecting back to the page pictured below. Only way to fix is use a non-Quantum engine based browser like Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge until Firefox fixes the rule about https:// to not force it on websites that don't support it.

For anyone who works for the Bureau of Meteorology, please bring this to the attention of whoever is in charge to get the I.T. staff to implement it. It's secure.

Also, an article was written about lack of https since February 2019 but nothing has been done:
