Among the EU countries, Italy produced the most roasted coffee in 2020 (616 000 tonnes, or 32% of the total EU production), followed by Germany (571 000, 30%), ahead of France (149 000, 8%), the Netherlands (134 000, 7%), Spain (128 000, 7%) and Sweden (88 000, 5%). Happy International Coffee Day!
