Hello all, I hope you're doing well. I am a student who currently attends university in the United States. I am trying to convince my parents to let me go to Australia to study abroad. They think that the culture is too similar to that of the US and are upset that I would not be learning or practising a new language while I am in Australia. I have always dreamt of going to Australia ever since I was a little kid and was wondering if you guys had any tips on how to convince my parents to let me go. For context, money isn't an issue and I study international affairs. I already created a Powerpoint to try to convince them but I was wondering if there was anything I left out.
