I am trying to order something from Myer and I can't complete the checkout process. I am logged in, add something to cart, view cart, click continue and then get an error "Something went wrong, please refresh the page or go back to the bag.". No obvious means to contact their tech support. I vaguely recall fighting this disaster of a website previously, but can't remember what sequence of actions I used. Have also tried different devices, browsers, and networks so am pretty sure it is not a client side issue.

Is anyone able to order from it, and if so can you share your secret sequence?

Kogan Help

Hi Reddit!

I recently purchased multiple items from Kogan and one of the items never arrived in the satchel and I have reached out multiple times but whenever I mention that the items are missing, they start ignoring me. Has anyone else had this issue before? They don't even have a number to call.. It feels super scammy to me, but I also know they are a massive retailer, so I think they assume I am trying to scam them and ignoring me. I need to find a way to get someone to answer me because I am annoyed that I have lost $95...

P.S. I had the Kogan First trial, the support is anything but priority so I cancelled it.
