Hi all. I have started of a world cuisine adventure and I am trying to cook a 3 course meal from every country in the world.

First country of course is Afghanistan.

Can someone recommend a traditional starter, main course and desert that I could try to make. No dietary restrictions.

(Also I collect coins and flags so if anyone wanted to do an exchange please let me know)
