I don't have a tv aerial in my loungeroom so I use iview to have the news on in the mornings and when I'm cooking etc. I don't like media services you need accounts for, and don't understand why ABC are going to restrict viewership to account holders.

If you have already signed up for an account, can you tell me about email preferences etc? Is it possible to opt out of all emails? Have you formed an opinion on whether this requirement is good or bad?
