Australia News on April 21

I'm having a hell of a time trying to close my frequent flyer and qantas money accounts. I've contacted them by webform, by their social media accounst by two different phone calls to loyalty and money and was told my account was closed but I can still log in and everything is still there. I said under privacy laws it was my right to close my account and have them remove all info. Anyone else had this problem? Do I need to go to an MP or an Ombudsman?

Hungry Jacks Meals

Ok I need to rant and I have no where else I could think of to rant.

Right so I went to HJ’s today and on their menu you can buy a frozen drink for $1. That seems fair. Now you can also buy a BBQ burger for $2. That seems fair as well. This is without asking for a meal, just having these items on their own.

Now what if you’re feeling adventurous and want some chippies? Lets buy a large meal hey? Large meal you’d think the chips would be what, an extra $2 or $3? A LARGE MEAL COST $10. THAT’S $7 FOR FUCKING LARGE CHIPS!!!

I know it’s a stupid thing to rant about but I couldn’t fucking believe it.
