Was subletted a room from the renter of a house, she has decided is not paying back my bond. Never went through the rta. Just a peice of paper we both singed stating bond amount and weekly rate. Electricity was a verbal agreemnet. She cant keep a straight story. First it was, weekly payments were behind therefore soaking up the bond (untrue). Then my electricity bill was higher. Then something about snooping throuh her medications. But thats irellvent. Is qcat the only way forward for my $287 refund. Which was agjusted for electricity use at 12.50pw.
