Tradie vs Step One Bamboo underwear

Was having a suss of different undies online and was having a look at Step Ones, then I got some targeted ads for Tradie bamboo undies which are a fair bit cheaper too. Anyone have any experience or reviews from either brands? Or any undie recommendations in general? Thanks in advance from a kmart 7 pack wearer.

Given latest noises, I'm f*cking done... ITT tips and suggestions for improving digital hygiene, personal safety, and minimise online finger-printing.

Obviously we need to start with the the elephant, Reddit. We're not talking about going full hermit-mode in a Faraday cage and wearing ICP juggalo make up...
I'm open to suggestions and tips, ranging from Idiot's Consumer Guide level (e.g. Hardening Firefox, using DuckDuckGo) all the way to Protestors and Journalists the AFP and ASIO would like to "speak" with.
This is less about being totally anonymous, short of becoming a Grey Man or something, all my info that I've put "out there" is probably enough to fingerprint/profile me already. But that doesn't mean going forward one can't have better practices.
Rather, what can an average Australian citizen do today to improve their Digital Hygiene easily and comprehendible (so the likes of custom TOR or Spoofing or other OPSEC level stuff might be a tad too advanced).
Thus far I know of: VPNs, TOR, Tails, Signal, Linux, and probably a few other things that I can barely comprehend.
