Subreddit for Australian jobs and careers

R/jobs is very American heavy and Australian-centric posts seem to get lost quite quickly on that sub. Any Aussie subs out there? If not, would people be interested in one?

Step one underwear

The new Step One underwear ad- the one with the guy singing to We Will Rock You ( changed to Step One Step One Get some) is just terrible. They seem to be getting worse and worse.
I wonder if its a well designed marketing ploy, and with me talking about it, proof that it is working?
Either way the ad shits me.

Teenage daughter's ex bf threatened suicide on group message then turned off phone

He has attempted before, she was v concerned. I decided to call police but now she is being ostracised. Should I have gone to the house given the parents were home? I don't know them. Was worried it might turn nasty. Did I do wrong thing? The guy did not attempt.

Instant bank transfers in Australia?

Hi, just wondering if all banks in Australia have instant bank transfers between accounts within the same bank?
Also how long do interbank transfers usually take?
