electricitymap.org is a wonderful website where you can visualize in real time carbon intensity of electricity consumption or production of different countries. It can show in details the real time use of the electrical production means, over the capacity installed in the country, weather conditions for solar and wind, electricity price ... and a lot more.

Here we can see for example the low carbon intensity of France due to ~ 70% of nuclear use for production (at this time 28-05-20 07:45 in France) , and Sweden thanks to his large use of hydro ( ~ 50% )

NOTE: Europe is a quite unique network of electricity exchange. It can exchange electricity depending on weather conditions, incidents on the network. For example, France exports it nuclear produced electricity to Germany when weather conditions are not optimal for wind or solar production. And when there is an overproduction of wind or solar production in Germany it can be exported to France...
