Is it normal to haggle at a bike shop?

Not referring to a continuous back and forth like a Thailand clothes shop, so perhaps haggle is the wrong word.. but I'm wondering if there is much "wiggle room" for bikes - specifically ebikes. I'm looking to spend around the 4-6k mark. Any tips on getting a cheaper price or is it pretty standard to pay ticket price?

Jervis Bay

I was just wondering if anyone local to Jervis bay could let me know if the bioluminescence is bright at the moment? I’m trying to plan a trip around it as my partner has never seen it before but am finding really out of date info on the rest of the internet.

How important is Band 28 in Australia (Tasmania)

Looking to get the new OnePlus 8 Pro. Only issue is it doesn’t have Band 28 support for 4G. Anyone else in Australia have a phone without band 28? How is it? Where do you live?
