Strategic oil reserve

Given the oil price is tanking with a huge supply glut on the horizon, should we take advantage and finally meet our obligations by increasing our reserve?
Potentially a large infrastructure project building the required storage as well.

Who is Australian equivalent ?

In India, we sometimes joke that our Parliament is not in New Delhi but in Mumbai called "Antillia" (most expensive home in the world, home to richest asian Mukesh Ambani) and say that our country is governed by him.
For context, He owns Reliance and reliance is big like super big, for example I am currently using their Reliance broadband, wearing clothes from reliance trends, eating chips bought from a reliance mart, filled petrol in my car from reliance petro.
He maybe the reason why TSeries became no.1 as he provided dirt cheap internet (like USD 7 for 1.5 Gb a day , unlimited calls and texts for 3 months) to the country.
Who is the Australian equivalent ?
