Has anyone tried to cancel a service recently? You can’t.
I’m currently trying to cancel a mobile service via the website and app.
Both sends you to a “live chat” session. The “live chat” session tells you that “due to COVID19 the service is not available”.
Here’s the thing though. You can buy a new service or recontract an existing service just fine...
So nice one Telstra. As people are struggling financially you’ve prevented them from saving money.
How is this legal?
