My wife keeps getting charged via direct debit for multiple services we no longer have, so far it's been impossible to get in touch with TPG via their useless online chat, and their billing number hangs up on you after some time.

Has anyone ever had a pet dingo?

Apparently it's illegal to have a pet dingo in SA, Tasmania and Queensland, but in NSW/WA you don't even need a permit to have one.

I've got no intention of getting one for myself, but I'm just curious what they're like as pets.

Telstra - Impossible to Cancel Services

Has anyone tried to cancel a service recently? You can’t.

I’m currently trying to cancel a mobile service via the website and app.

Both sends you to a “live chat” session. The “live chat” session tells you that “due to COVID19 the service is not available”.

Here’s the thing though. You can buy a new service or recontract an existing service just fine...

So nice one Telstra. As people are struggling financially you’ve prevented them from saving money.

How is this legal?

Channel 9 “Separating Fear from Fact” makes me sick when followed by 60 minutes ad, deliberately intended to scare the shit out of people.. often with no substance.

Anyone else notice? Channel 9 should get their narrative right.
