*Coupang, a South Korean online retailer, launched a same-day Rocket Fresh service Wednesday, as demand for online grocery shopping rose amid the coronavirus pandemic. The service will allow customers who order fresh groceries before 10 a.m. to receive them by 6 p.m.
*South Korea’s exports of coronavirus test kits shot up 1819.3% to $131.9 million in the first 20 days of this month, compared with $7.25 million for the same period last year.
*The eight South Korean ministries including the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Ministry of Science and ICT are planning to raise 81 venture funds worth of 2,479.8 billion won ($2.03 billion), higher than the previous target of 2,222.5 billion won ($1.82 billion).
*SK Innovation, a South Korean refining company, is set to spend $2.5 billion to build two plants at its site in the U.S. state of Georgia with a combined annual capacity of 21.5 GWh.
