Best scenario for Kosovo and Serbia to put an end to the conflict.

In my opinion best deal scenario would be the following:

Serbia gets north of Kosovo (gold mine included or maybe a deal to benefit both)
Kosovo gets Presevo Valley and albanian villages in Sanxhak (Sandjak)
Kosovo and Albania are allowed to unify or create a federation with no objection of Serbian side.

Both sides have to understand that to end a war you have to let something go. In this case Kosovo let`s go of the gold mine in the north and land, but gets to join with Albania.

I think this is a good deal for the region to stabilize relations and grow together economically.
