Firstly, is there a more specific subreddit I can post this to? Another website I can try? I just cannot understand the instructions on my ISP’s website.

Hi,
I recently moved my ISO service to a new property (from redacted to 7 redacted) and I cannot connect to the internet at my new property.
I have a Technicolor T9797 modem. Wireless is solid green. WAN is flashing green. ECO is solid red.
The power cord is securely connected and I have tested that there is power at the outlet. The phone cable is running from the grey port at the back of the modem to the outlet at the wall. The connection is securely in on both ends.
On my phone browser I went to 10.0.0.138. It said the link status is connecting, the IPv4 state is enabled. The IPv6 state is enabled.
I selected PPPoEDSL and went to the manage service area of my online account to try to find my password. It didn’t list anything under either username or password, even when I clicked show password.
The message at 10.0.0.138 was “your internet is currently down, please check that your gateway is firmly connected to your phone line or ADSL filter. If you are still having issues, please refer to the more help section in your user guide.” I don’t know what a gateway is, I don’t know how to find the more help section of my user guide.
