I'm currently in airlie beach and want to go to Brisbane with the Premier bus. Since the drive would be 19 hours, and I still have a lot of time, I'm thinking of splitting up the journey and making 1 or 2 stops along the way. However, I can't really find anything "worthwhile", do you have any tips? Can't do Fraser because it's too expensive. Thanks a lot!

On Thursday, January 23, all Ecosia searches will plant trees in Australia. We will use 100% of our profits to help regenerate the country’s ecosystem by planting native, subtropical trees in the Byron Bay area, which is a biodiversity hotspot that has been badly affected by wildfires. With your help, we can plant trees that clean the air, bring down temperatures, support biodiversity, and attract rain in Australia.

Going to Australia in a few months time and just wondering if Uluru is worth it. I've heard loads of mixed reviews, like some people say it's amazing but some people say it's pretty underwhelming. Anyone had first hand experience and would mind sharing? Thank you so much in advance

this question is purely for my own curiosity, im not a boss so i wont be firing him (and it isnt me either)
i work with this guy who has decided he would rather be on the dole so he has been taking a lot of days off with no excuses, he just doesnt care what they say. he has said to someone else he wants to get onto the dole.
so basically he is trying to get them to fire him so he gets onto the dole quicker.
do centerlink ask questions about why you were fired or ask for documentation on why?
im really only wondering if his grand plan will back fire on him. i hope it does anyway.
also, the manager said hes going to get rid of him, its just a matter of when.

Every course they force a job seeker to attend and complete gets them money from the government. They see each job seeker as an investment. So they’re really bullish with them to ensure they get their pay day. The job agency I used to work for you could never avoid them. If you didn’t answer their calls they would send people over to knock on your door. If you didn’t have a door to knock on, they would just cancel your payment and make you come into the office to be re- engaged . Don’t have any ID which is needed to be forced/enrolled into a course they would march you down to Centrelink, or other agencies to get your ID so you can still be enrolled.
If you try and argue against them they already have answers, or they’ll quote rhetoric to defeat your arguments. Such as ‘we have to work’. Someone needs to be brave enough to counter with ‘Don’t force YOUR choices onto US’. They are like pyramid scheme huns. They have a prescribed script that they roll out again and again to pressure and steamroll discontent. It’s also like arguing with Satan, you need to have incredible to be able to beat them. And even then you can’t win, they ‘ll just change the rules /laws.
If you think the whole fiasco is morally bankrupt and contemptible this will be seen as a ‘barrier’ and they will think tank ways to get around your minds disgust and force you to do what they want you to do.

Hi All,
Came home today to a collection notice from Australia Post. I have not ordered anything and where its marked they have marked letter and also marked that only the person addressed can pick this up? This has me feeling nervous because I am 100% not expecting anything. The tracking number starts with RPP44 if that helps and is on an orange sticker that says Official Use.
I don't think I'm in trouble for anything but the only thing I can think of is a commbank card that overdraft and the atm ate my card so I never used it again but that was around 5 years ago. Could that be it? Could I be getting served so I pay that off because I tried checking online through credit checks and it didn't come up as a default? Could it be a court summons in what I can only imagine is a case of stolen identity? IDK
Another thing I think it might be is my dad's passport which he wanted to send to me when he applied because I live in Sydney but last minute he said no and would just send it up North. Could this be an eviction notice? idkkkkk
