Look at the man very well ladies and gentlemen. That is the face of a true monster by the name of Getachew Assefa. This man acted as the head of "intelligence" bureau here which by the way is trained by America. This is the man who ordered the vile human right violations in every region. Abdi lay the regional head of Ogaden has publically implicated this man as the person who ordered many of the gross violations that took place there. Other witnesses like wise have spoken of him. This man and his corrupted TPLF associates have been the ones at the focus of every eye in the country for almost a year now. He for a while has been said to be hiding in the local capital of criminals, Mekele. But now at the moment of his trial is no where to be found and was reported by the spokes woman Wezerit that his location is unknown. Several months ago it was said that he threatened to expose all officials for their crimes if they hand him over.
So was the statement of the minister a distraction, a farce facade, or propaganda??? Can this country continue to be led by such people who are either deceptive despite receiving the people's forgiveness or incompetent?
It appears the messengers of this monster have reached a stage of openly making threats to the media as they called and told them not to report on this man. Well here he has additional free coverage on Reddit.
In another news Ethio-Eritrean truce seems to be on the rocks again as borders are blocked off.
So what exactly happened this year again?? https://www.google.ie/amp/s/www.globalresearch.ca/ethiopia-and-u-s-geopolitics-in-the-horn-of-africa/5649048/amp
Every word that this man has written here and on other articles.
Was there hope? Yes there was. Was there a "gloss over" yes there was. Where replacements installed? Indeed. Did the Ethio-Eri peace deal happen? Yes it did. What did it amount to? Seemingly Nothing! Was disappointments planned? You be the judge of it. What happens next? Probably further disappointments, more lies, more propaganda. Read the article I didn't write it.
Recently I watched an interview with some one who claimed that Ethiopia's revolutions were never internally instigated and I personally echo those words which I have already been trying to say repeatedly. I wonder how Abiy feels when he sits in Minilik's palace remembering what has taken place this year and the same people who sheilded him from attack and welcomed him.

Federal court opens cases of 26 who are suspected in orchestrating gross human rights violations. These government officials and local "intelligence" agents who were and are part of EPRDF (still the current government) were suspected of carrying out unlawful arrests through abductions, making false accusations of innocent citizens connecting them to criminal and terrorist activities, setting up random prisons and torture centers in regular residential areas that lead to many deaths and heavy injuries of victims. Furthermore these people made profits in advertising terrorist organisation presenting it as if it is within the country. So basically they were terrorising the country and falsely accusing others of their own actions and torturing and killing completely innocent individuals. 2 or 3 of these including the top official who is on the international wanted list who has recently been said to be given a new government position within the TPLF which is still part of EPRDF are not present for their hearing.
Meanwhile an EPRDF minister admits that the federal government can't go on "begging" regional heads to hand in the wanted officials. Out of 800 wanted she reported that only 50% are caught. She recognised Ogaden and Dire dawa for being more cooperative (though if one is to be honest and if memory serves one correctly then it would be clear that these regions especially Ogaden suffered extreme violence before the government even decided to do any thing. Which led to murders, church burnings and burnings of those who worked or took sanctuary within the churches. Some of these wanted she reported were being sheltered by regional administrations despite being implicated in current violence and "conflicts" while others are running some sort of a media campaign that instigates conflict (you mean like OMN, Jawar, and other OLF groupies who publicly instigate, call for, narrate and threaten conflict as well as the TPLF groupies who spread alerts or do you mean the media that's been heavily critical of the government exposing its current deeds? )
We will see how this plays out, I think we've reached the climax. I plan to stay tuned and document every step and turn as usual. Let's hope this is not yet another distraction to buy time for means or propaganda.
Meanwhile, fresh conflicts were reported in Assela. This time based on religion.
In other news, the city administration unveiled a 2 billion birr budget to fund start ups and entrepreneurs as well as arranging workspaces as part of efforts to curb the unemployment rate with many adjustments and improvements as reported.
This is something I want to go for so I'll personally compare and document the said improvements of the system. Let's hope it doesn't take as long for some and not marred by a network of ethnic nepotism as it used to be.
