This is the case in many African country where the leader is corrupt and flashy with his wealth while people are starving to death. Why are the people afraid to pull a French alike revolution and change the constitution for the better?
I feel the main problem with Africa is that the people either glorify the leader or have no way to deal with corrupt official. If something as blatant as what goes on in Africa happen in West Europe, you will see riot and hell freezing over
