So they have cut me off unfairly, they claimed something which was factually wrong, I was unable to contest this online or in person and by the time I was able to make a phone call I had stopped recieving payments.
I submitted all the objectively correct information and made another phone call, including signed documents and an extra three documents to further prove I'm right. Despite this, Centrelink has now spent two extra weeks doing nothing about it. They told me I'd get my payments back within one week, but instead I'm almost bankrupt and might not be able to afford petrol I need to drive to uni.
I have tried calling them almost a hundred times today, and just get hung up on. I cannot contact them in any way. Nothing online, in person I get turned away, and they never pick up my calls.,
I don't know what to do now, I'm almost out of money and now have to beg family members just so I can keep attending classes. I've still got no text books and am now falling behind on work on top of all the other bullshit.
