Recently NAMA was forced to cancel its concert for supporters to be held at Millenium hall after several months of reservation and planning expenses because the hall was instead given to OMN (Oromo Media Network, which is reported to be affiliated to OLF) fund raising event at the last minute leaving the party and supporters displeased.
As if this blatant sabotage wasnt enough, an activist based in America, AlMariam, who is also the board chairman of PM Abiy's self promoted diaspora fund, and a stanuchy Abiy supporter has made baseless allegations against the party affiliating it with parties, which the party itself has been highly critical of.
Al Mariam seems to forget a few points.
• TPLF is actually still part of EPRDF which is Abiy's coalition despite knowing that it is not only responsible for crimes but is founded with genocidal intentions.
• Several criminals within TPLF have yet to be handed over and Abiy's administration has yet to serve justice.
•OLF an equally harmful criminal group has been forgiven by Abiy adminstration through the Gada system without going through the legal procedures as per the law of the country after accusations of hennious crimes after its return.
As is shown above, medias like OMN which is run by activists like Jawar who openly call for conflict (which is something illegal in itself) are given priority though this adminstration.
• This entire year has been full of violence.
