Question for all local Clubies and Life Guards.
If you have one, what’s your club gym like? And, do you often get beach goes walking into the gym asking if it’s free?

Landlord selling House NSW what are my rights after sale?
I apologise if this isn’t the best place to ask. My landlord is selling our rental property and we are coming to the end of our 12 month lease. Now the current landlord has said she is happy to sign a new 12 month lease in March if the property hasn’t sold by then.
If the property sells after we have signed a new 12 month lease can the new owner evict us before the lease is up? From what I have read they have to fulfil the obligations of our lease but I’m seeking more educated opinions on this!

Best place for Aussie finance news?
I've been getting interested in investments and finance recently and am wondering what some of the best resources are for finance news and opinions. I used to read the financial review but don't really get papers any more and was considering signing up for the digital subscription. Figured I would see what r/australia reads too.

CentreLink employees: Why are there homeless people?
Genuine question.
We all see homeless people everyday in the cities, and more and more in towns.
Being that we have a safety net what has happened that these people have fallen through?
I asked a homeless man one day about this and the best I could gather was that he didn’t have an address so was ineligible for any benefits or support. I couldn’t determine how factual that explanation was.
