In Senate estimates, we're dealing with Matthias Cormann 'forgetting' to pay for a family flight after calling the CEO directly to book them (administrative error), after last night's revelations that Hakeem al-Araibi was not flagged as a refugee by Border Force (human error) and that sick asylum seekers will be treated on Christmas Island, rather than the mainland (humanity error).
