When will Africa stop playing the geo-political pawn of the world and take on an active role pushing its own interests ahead?

When will the leaders say "enough", regulating their self interests and work for the rise of the continent to prove the world wrong and when will the continent support such strong patriotic leaders as one?

Can we really not surpass the limits they have set for us? When will the continent learn to navigate their waters and beat them at their own game. Are we content to be losers? Are you content to be called inferiors? I'm not, i didnt grow up with that bs. In my tiny mircro eco system i grew up seeing it disproved with my own eyes and nothing can change a view that has been established since childhood.
