whomever comes across this, hi!
I'm taking a trip to Australia next month (:O) and, having lodging, travel, and the brunt of activities taken care of, I'm going over some extra little bucket list experiences, specifically restaurants. I'll be visiting the majority of Cairns, Melbourne, Surfer's Paradise, and Sydney as a couple. We're also looking for as authentic of an Aussie experience as possible, if that makes any sense to local Aussies, lol.
There are many amazing things in this country and the cities as I have found out, and it's gotten quite overwhelming. my big question is, if I were to find ONE dining experience in each place I cannot leave the country without (or at least I'll be a fool for doing so,) what would that be, and why?
