I'm new here, and I am not sure if this is the right section of the subreddit to post this question, but I couldn't find the appropriate section from the menu. If I made an error, my apologies.

I am considering making a website about China (including Hong Kong, Taiwan.. the culturally Chinese definition), Korea and Japan (mainly travel but also about history, and culture, etc.).

I am looking for a term that is neutral and describes these three countries without being boring and uninspiring. For example, I thought of Sinosphere might be a good term, but I feel that it emphasize too heavily on China, and that might deter people who might be interested in my site who is looking for content about Korea and Japan.

The second term I thought of was Orient, but I feel that it has too many baggage and negative connotations?

Lastly, I thought of East Asia or Pacific Asia, but I find these terms 'boring' and uninspiring. Is there a term that I can use for these three countries like I could use ASEAN to describe the Southeast Asia countries, etc?
