This week, the President focused on students and college affordability at Benedict College, Georgia Tech, and back at the People's House -- as did Dr. Jill Biden, who met with community college students in Gainesville and Austin. Here at the White House, President Obama is always looking for new ways to engage with the public -- respond to a few letters, meet a few new faces, or read a few mean tweets. Last night, late-night host Jimmy Kimmel graciously offered the President that unique opportunity.
This summer, we're holding the first-ever White House Demo Day, bringing together entrepreneurs from all walks of life, from all across the country. Earlier this week, 47 Republican Senators sent a letter to Iran's leaders that was expressly designed to undercut the President in the midst of sensitive international negotiations. Many Americans -- whether they agree with the President's policies or not -- expressed outrage, disbelief, and disappointment at the Senators' actions.
