My nephew was born in April 2021 and I'd like to get him a bottle for his 18th. I'll put the work in in regards to cellaring properly, but does anyone have advice for choosing a bottle?

My research so far suggests I should choose a port, but is it a pipe dream to search for specifically an easter 2021 vintage? What should I be thinking about in my search?
