Can anyone identify this gum tree for me?

A bit random I know but there is a gum tree growing at the racecourse in Hastings NZ with beautiful blue leaves. Worth using any other job site, other than Seek?

I have used Seek all my life, all my employments came from there. Do you use any other job sites?

Also i am curious of the old method of, contacting a company directly for a job is still viable?
