I (M32) am a manager at a business that employs a lot of teenagers. Some of these teenagers are female and have come to me telling me that the owner of the business (M27) makes them feel uncomfortable by touching them (non sexually) since he has become single. How do I approach this? EDIT I shoulf mention that this is a small independant business with no HR department.
