Is Vyvanse / Elvanse available in any middle eastern country?

Hi,

I have ADHD and my prescribed medication is vyvanse / elvanse (goes by either name depending on country). Is vyvanse / elvanse available to be prescribed by psychiatrists anywhere in the middle east?

If you could choose one dish as your most favorite -from your country- what would it be?

Mine would be Ghorme Sabzi (Iran). Would love to hear about you guys and please, don't forget to mention which country the food is from.
