I'm looking into buying a Chinese phone from China with a value of almost 1000 AUD, it's likely the cost would be over 1000 AUD with shipping included. Would the ABF consider the price with postage the total value or is it solely the value of the package being imported minus postage and taxes? Thanks for any help the ABF site isn't very helpful.
