He added: “There is nothing that the recount’s going to do to change that.”
As of late Sunday, 48 of the state’s 159 counties have finished their recounting of the ballots with either no change or minor shifts, with differences of fewer than five votes in some instances, the lawyers said. Four counties that have finished their recounts reported having no changes.

Georgia recount is returning almost no changes in vote tallies that give Biden win
As Georgia continues to audit 5 million ballots by hand, president-elect Joe Biden’s lawyers have said that the recounting isn’t making any substantial difference in the final vote count.
According to Bloomberg, Marc Elias, a prominent Democratic lawyer who’s aiding the campaign said: “More Georgians voted for President-elect Biden than voted for President Trump.”
He added: “There is nothing that the recount’s going to do to change that.”

In a historic victory, Mr Biden led Republican President Donald Trump by more than 14,000 votes in Georgia and was projected as the winner in the state by most TV and news networks on Friday, though the Associated Press is yet to call the result. Mr Biden is the first Democrat to secure a victory in the state in 28 years.
Amid the allegations by Mr Trump, Georgia’s Republican secretary of state Brad Raffensperger ordered a recounti of all the votes in the state by hand, given the closeness of the results, with the gap between the candidates less than 0.3 per cent. The process is due to be completed on 20 November.
Mr Trump has been alleging widespread rigging and fraud in the swing states he lost to Mr Biden, including Georgia. The Trump campaign has filed several lawsuits to recount the votes, although none of them have yet yielded any favourable results to the Republican.
Earlier, the campaign issued a press release stating four examples where it claimed dead people voted in the election in Georgia.
