I was wanting to check out the Nick Kyrgios Foundation to see what kind of work they're doing and possibly donate myself as it sounded very promising. The ACNC charity register shows that their financial documents are almost 1 year overdue so it is not possible to see where the money is going or how much they are bringing in.

Most recent financials are from 2018 when the charity was being setup and nothing since.
Anybody know more info about them or if there is a perfectly legit reason for not submitting financial documents on time ?
It is hard to donate to a charity that isn't being open with what it's doing with our money. Nick Kyrgios likes brag about how ethical he is and how much he helps people but this doesn’t look too good to me if his charity can’t even disclose what it’s doing and meet basic requirements required of all charities.
