With today being a certain country’s biggest spending day, I would urge each and everyone to buy more locally. Not only for being better on the environment but better for an Australian future.
I was in my local Bunnings this morning at 11:00 am, and they actually stopped for Remembrance Day. Played the Last Post and took a minutes silence.
I was very surprised, and pleased.
Nationally
There were 19.8 million registered motor vehicles as at 31 January 2020.
The national fleet increased by 1.5 per cent from 2019 to 2020.
Toyota topped the list of passenger vehicles for the 15th consecutive year with 3.0 million registrations.
Diesel vehicles increased to 25.6 per cent of the national fleet, up from 19.7 per cent in 2015.
Average age
Average age of vehicles across Australia increased to 10.4 years.
Tasmanian vehicles were the the oldest at 13.0 years.
Australian Capital Territory had the youngest fleet with an average age of 9.5 years.
I know this probably sounds ignorant. I’m Italian and met quite a few Australians call me a wog and I seen on tiktok a girl crying about being targeted for having a “wog nose” in Australia.
I’m just curious are italians actually still disliked to this day or are these just a few backwards people?
