We're going camping in October for the first time, and I've bought a cast iron cooking pot (designed for camping) and a billy kettle.
I'd love some tried-and-tested Australian campfire recipes. There seem to be about a thousand different ways to make damper, so I'm particularly interested in people's recommendations for that.
We'll be at a camping ground so I believe there will be water available, though we'll also take drinking water.
Not sure about refrigeration so it may need to be more vegetable/pasta based past the first day.
Bushtucker ingredients also welcome.
