Hi all!

I'm from India, and I'd like to apply for a PhD - hopefully early 2021 - and I'm looking for University recommendations.

I'd be looking to do my research in the field of mental health education/preventive mental healthcare - what and how can we teach populations about developing and maintaining good mental health. Subsequent to my PhD, I would like to join academia and continue to work on educational practices that foster good mental health, and hopefully some day affect policy changes. (I am also interested in learning game design and how gaming could be used as an educational tool to help people develop skills and knowledge through an immersive environment.)

Over the last few years, I've been working with undergraduate students in college campuses conducting workshops and training sessions on Life Skills Education, and more recently, based on my independent research, I started working with individual clients and helping them understand mental health and develop related preventative skills.

If you know of universities or faculty members working on similar ideas, I would be grateful to you for pointing me to them. If you happen to be a faculty member working in this field, please, please let me know!
