My brother is a bit of an idiot, as his is girlfriend, and as she's got a new cat she wanted to bring it over for the week we were gone and it has completely destroyed our blinds and some of our carpet. Obviously I'm getting him to pay for damages, but we have an inspection in a month and I'm worried we'll get evicted. We've not missed a payment but I'm not sure how relevant that's going to be. Any advice? I'm losing it
