He's been horrible to all of my surrounding neighbours since buying a half block directly behind me, across the laneway four years ago. He hasn't yet developed his plot. He demands that my neighbour's replace his laneway curb as there are tyre marks on it. He is in a two year dispute with the front plot neighbours over a telstra box.

I would love a camera that would provide detail of any damage that his builder causes to my new brick boundary wall.
