His name is Michael Keating, he was from Sacramento, CA, USA. He moved to Sydney Australia to marry a lady named Janine, and he sold appliances. He would be in his 70s now. Just taking a shot in the dark.

My girlfriend was on an air New Zealand flight where she discovered the show. She thinks it's possibly available on an Australian streaming service, but we can't check the catalog without signing up.

Applying for CRN online: Drivers license required but I don’t have one?

So I’m trying to get my CRN online through MyGov but it’s asking for my drivers license. I’ve entered my Medicare card and birth certificate information, but this is the one thing it requires to complete the application. It wont let me enter my passport or citizenship info in its place.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Why doesn’t this take into account those without a drivers license? What do I do now?

Anyone have experience sending money from Aus to India using CommBank?

Hey Aussies,

I urgently need my money sent to India for a family member. In turn, I urgently need someone who has had experience doing so. I’ve sent the money on Thursday but I’m in an awkward position since CommBank says IMT (Internationals Money Transfer) payments will usually be processed within 3 business days. So now it’s Sunday but Thursday and Friday we’re two of those business days. Is it likely that my money will be available to the receiving bank by Monday?

I say this seemingly self-answering question but just worried that perhaps, following this quote: “It usually takes 3 business days to process an IMT, but may take longer depending on the recipient’s country and bank.” What are those countries and banks, because I sure hope they aren’t India and the State Bank of India respectively...
