I am genuinely curious, has there been a joint response? I am talking about the EU bureaucracy and not independent leaders like Merkel and Macron.

Suddenly the temperatures dropped about 15 C° and instead of warm spring we have periods of snow. I guess it is some kind of a way of nature to remind us that all other problems are not going anywhere just because of the current situation.
The streets were empty in Vienna today, though it worth mentioning that every Sunday sees a drop in numbers as no shop is allowed to work today.
The situation in Austria is getting better, the lockdown giving the first results. The growth of new cases is slowing down for a second day in a row. The government today set a goal to make it 1 digits until Easter. Three more weeks to go.
What worries me is the lack of solidarity between age groups and some countries. As long as the people are not watching because they are busy panicking whoever who can will take advantage. Some governments will try to grab more control as some already are trying to do so.
This virus will go eventually but its consequences will remain here for long. We must not let our guard now, so we have less work later. Status quo is not mandatory.
The history might forget what happens now but we will not, so make those accountable who deserve so.
Have you seen any sights of your governments trying to do a power grab?
