40deg weather, bought a 1.5l bottle of water to the game which cost 90c only to have to leave it at gate and have to buy a $5 300ml bottle of water inside. It's a f*ckn joke.

I bought a phone from em on the 24th or 25th of october, and they hit me up a week later saying they didn't have it.
It was a pre-owned (undamaged) galaxy s10+ for like $813, they got refurbs (so ones they repaired>) and new ones for between 20-400 bucks more.
they're offering a refund or store credit, is there any way what they've done breaks any consumer laws that i can cite or do I just have to cop a refund and no phone?
there's no one on ebay or jbhifi or whatever selling the same phone with warranty for that price, so I was sorta hoping they could just come through.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Back at home in Paris I could find it in local pharmacies, is that the case here as well?
