While at times it seemed like a bunch of skits, my vote goes to 2003's You Can't Stop The Murders. It was pretty low budget but starred a number of comedians and I thought it was hilarious. Here are some of the best bits IMO (NFSW language), including probably the funniest stuff Garry Who has ever done:

I liked Let's Get Skase, although they were so unlucky with Christopher Skase himself being inconsiderate enough to pass away at the time of release!
All our known/popular films tend to be crime/dramas (and almost universally dark). Whilst not underrated, I consider Chopper almost a comedy at times (and brilliant). The Castle deserves the credit it gets though, although the other Late Show-written movies were never anywhere near as good. Many of them were just OK but never hit the heights (Bad Eggs, Crackerjack, BoyTown etc). On BoyTown, would love to see the mocumentary that was filmed alongside the film. Hasn't seen the light of day and was supposed to me much funnier than the movie itself.
And damn you Paul Hogan for Crocodile Dundee setting this country back many years in the eyes of Americans.
Pretty much all our rom-coms come off as being a bit fake IMO.
Any other recommended Aussie comedies?
