So to set the schene. A local business near me is a franchise for a national suspension company. I was going through their bin looking for cardboard for the garden. Unfortunately all their boxes are plastic coated cardboard which somewhat annoyed me and confused me at the same time.
I get the idea the plastic makes the boxes nice and glossy which entices customers to buy it. This makes perfect (in a psychology sense if not an environmental sense) but Ive never seen a big pile of this brand next to their competition for customers to pick one over the other.
So I guess does anyone have any suggestions on bringing this up to them in hopes to make a long term change?
P.S I don't want to mention names etc because I really don't want them just deciding that all their bins will be locked, they're really useful for the garden.
