I purchased a sneaker online and the courier for it is Startrack. According to the tracking details, it is scheduled to be delivered today so I waited from 9:00am to 3:00pm. No one came to my house during that timeframe but according to the tracking number it was delivered with signature today at 12:49pm which is really strange. I'm suspecting that it was delivered to the wrong address. Has anyone encountered the same issue before?
I have contacted both the seller and Startrack and I'm still waiting for their response. I just want to know what are my options if Startrack insists that someone received the package. Would I be able to get a refund from the seller?
